Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred; Ph.D. is a plus.
• Hands-on cosmetic/personal care formulation or manufacturing experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop personal care formulations for skin and hair care using Vantage ingredients.
• Conduct stability studies and evaluate prototype performance.
• Design and conduct in-house application testing; coordinate external testing as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and process studies.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and coordinate project activities as appropriate.
