Advanced Group is seeking a Scientist I to support product development, manufacturing support, and technical investigations through laboratory testing, data analysis, and documentation activities. This role will contribute to product characterization, validation, and quality system initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Organic Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Strong laboratory experience in a research, development, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with wet-laboratory techniques and scientific data analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory testing, product characterization, and technical support activities.
• Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and prepare technical reports and summaries.
• Support manufacturing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain laboratory records and technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Participate in change control, technical assessments, and quality system activities.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross-functional teams to investigate technical and product-related issues.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and laboratory standards.
