Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with cell-free selection systems (cDNA display, mRNA display, etc.).
• Strong molecular biology fundamentals with the ability to develop and troubleshoot workflows.
• Experience or strong interest in laboratory automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate a cell-free display platform for screening protein binder libraries.
• Work with automation to scale the platform for high-throughput screening.
• Collaborate with ML teams to feed screening outputs into models.
• Support discovery campaigns with the protein engineering team.
• Stay current on advances in relevant technologies.
