RBW is seeking a PhD-level Scientist to join our expanding biotech client in Watertown, MA.

We encourage applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• PhD in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or coursework in formulation, nanoparticle, or RNA delivery is highly preferred.
• 0-3 years of industry research experience.
• Hands-on experience with LNP or RNP.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

This role is onsite, 5 days/week. US Citizens or GC holders only.
