citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD clearance, and excel at designing experiments, analyzing data, and communicating findings to clients. Collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related field.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Ability to design and execute complex experiments.
• Strong data analysis/visualization skills (PowerBI or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; teamwork and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Apply physics and engineering to government security products.
• Present testing results, analyses, and recommendations to clients.
• Analyze data to inform process optimization and improvement.
• Conduct product assessments focused on quality, durability, reliability, security, and anti-tampering.
• Support on-site testing conducted at client sites.
• Manage product redesigns using a Stage Gate program management framework.
