You will design and test electrolytes, study structure-property relationships, and translate findings into viable designs for pilot and production-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to invent and advance novel chemistries from concept to validation, preferably in energy storage/generation applications.
• Experience with the development of electrolytes for electrochemical systems (e.g. fuel cells, batteries, electrolyzers).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense urgency.

• Develop improved electrolytes to improve the power and minimize corrosion for Voya’s metal-air fuel cells.

Position Summary

Compensation Range: $130K - $175K
