Job summary

Scientific Search is recruiting for a senior-level Immunology/Molecular Biology role in Rochester, MN. The successful candidate will develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays, and characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or MSc in related fields, with expertise in multiparameter flow cytometry, qPCR/dPCR, and strong analytical method development.

Qualifications

• PhD or MSc in Immunology, Virology, Molecular Biology or related field.
• Experience with multiparameter flow cytometry, panel design, and gating.
• Experience with qPCR and/or dPCR.
• Strong analytical method development and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Scientific writing and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate cell-based, flow cytometry, and molecular assays.
• Characterize CAR-T cells and lentiviral vectors.
• Design experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot variability, and define next steps.
• Perform mammalian cell culture, qPCR/dPCR, cloning, and DNA/RNA techniques.
• Prepare methods, protocols, validation documentation, and technical reports.
