  • Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data using FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, JMP, and Excel.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of experiments and prepare data summaries for team review.
  • Contribute to scientific discussions and communicate results clearly to team members and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively across a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.

Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join the Engineered Cell Therapy Discovery Team in Seattle. This individual will play a key role in screening CAR T candidates to support lead selection for clinical development. The ideal candidate thrives in a laboratory setting, demonstrates strong technical execution, and communicates effectively within a team environment.

Position Responsibilities
  • Execute in vitro screening assays to evaluate and rank CAR T cell candidates in support of lead selection for clinical development
  • Perform cell culture, including primary human T cell expansion and CAR T cell generation
  • Apply multi-parameter flow cytometry to assess CAR T cell phenotype, function, and product quality
  • Conduct functional assays including cytotoxicity, cytokine secretion, and proliferation
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data using tools including FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, JMP, and Excel
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of experiments and prepare data summaries for team review

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of academic and / or industry experience Or Master’s Degree
  • 3 years of academic and / or industry experience Or Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree in the Life Sciences
  • No experience necessary
Required Skills & Experience
  • Hands-on cell culture experience, including primary cell handling, preferably experience with T cells
  • Proficiency in flow cytometry (8 colors) ? panel design, instrument operation, and data acquisition
  • Experience with functional T cell assays (cytotoxicity, cytokine measurement, proliferation)
  • Proficiency with standard software for data analysis (e.g. GraphPad Prism, JMP, and/or Excel)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with multiplexed immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD (Meso Scale Discovery), or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CAR T cell or adoptive cell therapy workflows
  • Experience with high throughput/automation capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments

The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is the following range ($71- $74.99/hr). While the final, individual compensation and any available benefits will be determined by your employer of record ASK Staffing, Inc (and not BMS), factors that will be included in making the final determination may include the characteristics of the assignment, such as demonstrated experience, required skill, and the geographic location where the job is performed. The starting hourly compensation may be subject to change.
