IQVIA Laboratories Indianapolis is expanding our scientific teams. We are looking for passionate scientists—from recent graduates to experienced PhDs—to join our Bioanalytical and ADME centers of excellence.

You will work with industry‑leading technology to support drug discovery and development. We match your experience level to the right role within our lab.

Core Technologies (What you will work with)

• Chromatography & Mass Spec: Experience with LC-MS/MS workflows for small and large molecules. Interest in emerging High‑Res Mass Spec (HRMS) technologies.
• Ligand Binding (LBA): Immunoassays, Biomarkers, and Anti‑Drug Antibody (ADA) testing.
• ADME Sciences: Automated in vitro screening, metabolism studies, and metabolite identification.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent Graduates (BS/MS): You have a science degree (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) and a desire to learn in a GLP‑regulated environment.
• Experienced Scientists: You have 2+ years of hands‑on lab experience with LC‑MS, ELISA/MSD, or ADME assays.
• Technical Leaders (PhD/Principal): You are an expert in method development, validation, and complex instrument troubleshooting.
