Job summary

Collabera is seeking a technically skilled individual to provide support for diagnostic products, with a focus on oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation. The role involves hands-on wet lab work, experiment design, data analysis, and collaboration with scientists and engineers.

  • Experience with wet lab work and product testing is expected.
  • Experience with oligonucleotides is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for diagnostic products under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in the design and execution of experiments; perform testing on Analytical Chemistry instruments; analyze data and summarize results.
  • Perform laboratory activities, including hands‑on wet lab work supporting product testing, characterization, and development efforts.
  • Support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Learn and apply Quality System requirements, change control processes, and technical impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to investigate technical documentation and product‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • This position is part of the Technical Product Support team and will primarily support oligonucleotide manufacturing, characterization, and validation activities.
  • The candidate will learn and apply the Quality System, document change control processes, and technical impact assessments, while working cross‑functionally with scientists and engineers to investigate and resolve technical documentation and product‑related issues.
  • A general understanding of organic chemistry principles and prior experience working in a wet lab environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience with oligonucleotides, including synthesis, purification, analytical characterization, assay development, or related laboratory techniques, is preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:
