Job summary

Search America seeks skilled injection molding process technicians to join a high-volume molding operation. You will review overnight data, inspect presses, and identify drift while applying Scientific Molding principles on the floor.

You will fine-tune machine parameters, validate results at the press, and coach operators through the why behind each adjustment. RJG II training is preferred, with opportunities across shifts including 2nd and 3rd.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with the injection molding process.
• Solid command of Scientific Molding methods.
• RJG II training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review overnight data and walk the presses to identify drift.
