AbbVie Inc. seeks a Scientific Director for Medical Affairs in Neuroscience to provide medical and scientific input into strategic and operational activities across the portfolio, including data generation, medical education, advisory boards and safety surveillance.

You will support launches, guide medical and marketing materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize patient outcomes. Required is an advanced degree with 5–7+ years of pharma experience, strong trial methodology

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in the sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7+ years of pharma industry experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory requirements.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical input into brand strategy and launch plans.
• Lead development and execution of Medical Education, Advisory Boards and engagement plans.
• Oversee medical review of complex promotional materials for assigned areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, clinical operations, statistics) to support medical affairs projects.
• Manage budgets for assigned medical projects and ensure compliance with policies.
