Job summary

Softthink Solutions seeks an experienced ScienceLogic Advanced Engineering SME to support enterprise network monitoring, system integration, and troubleshooting in both classified and unclassified environments. This on-site Tampa role requires hands-on SL1 expertise and strong cybersecurity compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities include configuring SL1, managing discoveries and alerts, integrating with ticketing systems, and providing guidance and training.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering and monitoring experience.
• Hands-on with ScienceLogic/SL1.
• Strong enterprise network monitoring and integrations.
• Familiar with cybersecurity compliance and vulnerability remediation.
• Active Secret clearance at time of proposal submission.
• On-site work in Tampa, FL.

• Perform cybersecurity compliance activities involving ACAS, HBSS, RMF, and STIGs.
• Support system design, implementation, security hardening, change management, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer.
