Job summary

Walla Walla Community College invites applications for a full-time, temporary Instruction and Classroom Support Technician 3 at the Walla Walla campus. The role supports science labs, manages equipment, and ensures safe, efficient operations for instructional sessions.

Qualifications

• BA in Applied Science or related field and two (2) years of science lab management experience.
• OR six (6) years of science lab management experience.
• Preferred: EH&S/OSHA compliance, ability to work with diverse student populations, strong computer skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment and material inventory including lab setup, ordering, and maintenance.
• Prepare laboratories, supervise students, and ensure safety in lab instruction.
• Coordinate with faculty for lab prep, demonstrate techniques, and conduct demonstrations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized lab environment and manage chemical inventories.
