Job summary

Alvin ISD’s Alvin High School seeks an Instructional Coach - Science to partner with teachers in improving science instruction and student outcomes through classroom observations, targeted staff development, and ongoing support.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and a valid Texas teaching certificate for the assigned content and grade level; ESL certification is preferred for ELA IC alignment; five years of classroom teaching and demonstrated leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Valid Texas teaching certification for assigned content area and level.
• ESL Certification preferred (for ELA IC requirement).

Responsibilities
