Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between academic departments and Facilities Operations and Management (FO&M).
• Ensure facilities priorities are understood, prioritized and planned with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain planned maintenance programs for science facilities; manage compliance and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise FO&M staff dedicated to science facilities; coordinate with custodial, grounds and subcontractors.
• Support decarbonization and major renovation initiatives in campus science buildings.
