Job summary

MANTECH in El Segundo, CA seeks a Physical and Industrial Security Specialist to provide PS, industrial security, and cybersecurity support for sensitive systems. The role emphasizes compliance with ICD/DODM/DCID/JAFAN guidance and entails in-office work while supporting SAR programs.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of security experience, SCI/SAR exposure, and a TS clearance. Travel within the AOR may be required to interface with government authorities. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 6+ years total security experience.
• 4+ years in SCI or SAR environments.
• 2+ years SAP experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Government authorities with industrial security requirements.
• Ensure compliance with DODM, ICD, and DCID/JAFAN security standards.
• Interface with HHQ on physical and technical security actions.
• Review facility construction and expansion for security implications.
• Maintain Certification and Accreditation docs and assist IA managers with cybersecurity.
• Enforce personnel controls and device security.
• Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
