ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a minimum of 1+ years of behavior specialist experience. Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs.
• Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress.
• Collaborate with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
