Minimum 1+ years of Behavior Specialist experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Paraprofessional to join our educational team in California. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and a genuine passion for supporting students' academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers with classroom management and provide instructional support
  • Work one-on-one with students who need additional assistance
  • Support students with special needs, adapting activities to suit their individual requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist with the preparation of instructional materials and classroom activities
  • Monitor and report on student progress to teachers and other staff
  • Help manage student behavior and maintain a safe classroom atmosphere
Qualifications:
