Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school district in Malden, Massachusetts. This contract position allows you to work directly with students, educators, and support staff to implement behavioral interventions that promote academic and social success.

Position Details
  • Duration: 2024-2025 school year
  • Schedule: Full-time or part-time available
  • Setting: School-based
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct behavioral support and consultation for students and staff
  • Train and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on behavior management strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and modify interventions as needed
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
  • Strong skills in behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a school environment
