This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and school staff to implement behavior intervention plans and help students succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one or small-group behavior support to students.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.
• Collect and record data on student progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom.
• Assist students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to discuss student progress and refine intervention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
