Job Details:

Hours: Full-time, approximately 30-37.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with typical school hours

Responsibilities:

• Support certified teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist students one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce instructional material
• Monitor and support student behavior and participation throughout the school day
• Promote an inclusive, respectful, and positive classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure student success
