Job summary

PRO Companies, through its PRO Pediatric Services division, is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support K-12 students in Williamsport, PA. The role focuses on behavior support within the school setting and collaboration with educators.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Social Services, at least a year of relevant experience, and preferred completion of the 40-hour RBT training. Current clearances and Safety-Care are a plus; W2 full-time position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Services is required.
• Minimum of one year experience working with children with behavioral challenges.
• Completion of the 40 hour RBT training is highly preferred. A free course can be found through Autism Partnership Foundation.
• Current clearances (within 6 months); Safety-Care certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Mental Health Technicians provide behavior support to all students within the classroom, support individual behavioral plans and interventions, run daily social-emotional groups, provide direct behavioral instruction, and model appropriate behavior for students.
