Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and meet Massachusetts 7D requirement.
• Clean RMV driving record and successful completion of CORI background checks, RMV driving record review, and drug screening.
• Experience with children or special-needs populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7D school pupil transport vehicle in compliance with Massachusetts RMV 7D regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns promptly.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful vehicle environment.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and management regarding delays, incidents, or concerns.
• Support students with patience, awareness, and appropriate boundaries.
• Comply with all company policies, including vehicle camera and safety procedures.
