Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Massachusetts Driver’s License for at least 3 years.
• Massachusetts 7D Certificate (or willingness to obtain before start date).
• Clean driving record as required by RMV.
• CORI background check, RMV driving record review, drug screening if required.
• Ability to pass physical and medical certifications.
• Experience with children or special-needs populations is a plus; CPR/First Aid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7D school pupil transport vehicle per MA RMV 7D regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report concerns.
• Follow routes and school schedules with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful vehicle environment.
• Communicate delays, incidents, or concerns with dispatch.
• Support students with patience and appropriate boundaries.
• Comply with company policies, including camera and safety procedures.
