ChoiceCare Transportation Inc. is hiring School Van Drivers for Cincinnati, Ohio locations. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with both full- and part-time positions available.

Training is provided, with ongoing refresher sessions and safety equipment supplied. We offer a great work environment with paid training, CPR/First Aid certification, and eligible health-related benefits. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess Ohio Class D license or ability to obtain Ohio license.
• No DWI/DUI on record.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must pass T-8 physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass criminal background check.
• Residence in Cincinnati area.
• Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to high school students.
• Demonstrate defensive driving and safe passenger loading/unloading.
• Ensure on-time pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Complete required paperwork and use tablets or devices as needed.

Are you available Monday - Friday ChoiceCare has immediate openings in Cincinnati, Ohio?

ChoiceCare Transportation is looking for people to assist our students to the school location. You will be driving our fleet of transit vans and minivans providing transportation services in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. ChoiceCare,Van Drivers will receive paid training and support at initial employment and intermittent paid training thereafter. The safety, of our employees and customers, is our top priority and all drivers will be provided the necessary protective equipment to perform their job.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Possess a continuously valid US driver’s license for at least 2 years.
• Possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid Ohio Class D license or the ability to obtain Ohio, Issued Driving License.
• No DWI/DUI.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Must be able to pass T-8 physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• Must pass criminal background check investigation.
• Living in Cincinnati Area.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and reliable transportation to high school-aged children.
• Demonstrate excellent defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Must supervise safe passenger loading and unloading from the vehicle.
• Ensure the on-time pick-up and drop-off of the riders.
• Demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of our customers and riders.
• Complete thorough vehicle pre-trip, post-trip, and DVI inspections as required.
• Maintain clean assigned vehicle(s), both interior and exterior, for the purpose of ensuring safety, appearance, and sanitation of vehicle.
• Complete paperwork as required.
• Utilise tablets or electronic devices as required.
• This is a part-time, split shift position, working 6 hours per day.
