Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking reliable School Van & Paratransit Drivers to transport students with special needs to and from school. You will safely operate vehicles, assist students with mobility, and follow routes while communicating with staff and families.

We offer split shifts, Monday–Friday schedules (AM and PM), 30–40 hours per week, and an attendance bonus program. Equal opportunity employer committed to safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (last 3 years)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Pass criminal background check and Child Abuse History Clearance
• Ability to meet district certification requirements

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a school van or paratransit vehicle
• Assist students with mobility needs, including wheelchair support
• Follow designated routes & schedules
• Secure passengers using required safety equipment
• Communicate with school staff, parents & supervisors
• Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance needs
