First Student is hiring a Part Time School Van Driver in Rock Falls, IL. You will transport students to and from school with a split shift and a guaranteed number of hours each day. No prior bus-driver experience is required, and we provide industry-leading training.

You must be at least 21, have a valid driver's license for 3+ years, and enjoy helping students. This role offers $18 per hour starting wage, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits after eligibility with paid training and no overnight

As a First Student Part Time School Van Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed.

Your day will include:

• A split shift, which means an early morning before-school pickup and an after-school drop-off with a few free hours in between
• A guaranteed shift of hours per school day, no working nights or weekends unless you want to Additional hours gained through trips and charters when available School Van Driver

• $18/HR starting wage; depending on experience
