Job summary

First Student in Rock Falls, IL is hiring non-CDL van drivers to transport students safely to and from school. You will work with a supportive team, using industry leading technology to guide routes and ensure on-time arrivals.

No experience is required as we provide paid training, with a starting wage of $19 per hour, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a $500 referral bonus. Benefits including medical, dental, and vision are offered, along with a 401(k) plan and hours guaranteed.

About the Van Driver Position

Join our team of professional drivers dedicated to getting students to and from school safely

• Drivers enjoy the support of our industry leading technology to guide them through their daily routes
• Prioritize vehicle maintenance by conducting pre and post trip vehicle inspections
• Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus

Van Driver Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years

This role requires English proficiency.
