Job summary

Butler’s Bus Service in Pembroke, NH is hiring a Part‑Time School Van Driver to transport students to and from school and events. The role features a split shift (AM/PM) on weekdays, with paid training and a competitive hourly rate of $26. You may earn extra hours through charters and activity trips.

Applicants should be at least 21 with 3+ years driving experience, a safe driving record, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Must have School Bus Certificate or willingness to obtain; training is provided.
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Safe driving record; no major driving violations or suspensions.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and physical.
• Effective communication in English (spoken & written).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events.
• May assist students entering/exiting vehicle and using safety equipment (belts, car seats, booster seats).
• Drive assigned routes and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff; follow all laws and policies.
