Responsibilities

• Create and monitor routes to meet transportation needs while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Ensure auxiliary transportation services are provided for students needing assistance.
• Communicate issues promptly with department staff and stakeholders.
• Submit bus personnel absence notifications for processing.
• Schedule personnel for routes and trips and monitor operations during incidents.
• Assist bus personnel with route assignments, training and equipment.
• Conduct route audits and monitor personnel in the field to ensure compliance.
• Maintain student and personnel records and protect privacy.
