Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports for Transportation department.
• Maintain up-to-date files for all student transportation.
• Update and maintain student records as needed.
• Maintain transportation files, including incident reports and trip forms.
• Input student and staff information in computer systems.
• Coordinate and schedule bus routes and summer school routes.
• Notify drivers and staff of route changes and address concerns.
• Drive a school bus on assigned routes as needed.
