You will ensure timely communication with school districts and parents for routes and activities.

Responsibilities include driver evaluations, compliance with regulations, cost-effective routing, and collaboration with HR for disciplinary actions.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in an operations/logistics leadership role, preferably in passenger transport.
• Ability to plan in detail and organize teams to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computer software and data reporting.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations applicable to school transportation.
• Professional conduct reflecting positively on STA.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the bus terminal and fleet.
• Coordinate safety, payroll, dispatch, maintenance, and recruiting.
• Communicate with school districts, parents, and region office.
• Develop driver recruitment programs to ensure route coverage.
• Manage performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and compliance.
• Prepare monthly financials, including payroll, A/R, A/P, and month-end tasks.
