Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. CDL preferred.
• Minimum of five years job related experience is required.
• Valid Driver’s License, CDL preferred.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 25 lbs and extended sitting/standing.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and district policies related to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans for safe, efficient transport of students.
• Supervise Transportation Supervisors managing Bus Drivers and Bus Monitors.
• Monitor time and attendance, schedule coverage for routes.
• Track staff hours and overtime to stay within budget.
• Create and monitor standard operating procedures for daily operations.
