Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or transportation.
• 5+ years supervision and logistics experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance and testing.

• Proficiency with GPS tracking and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee daily transportation activities, dispatches, routes, and fleet scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with MDOT, MDOE, DOT and FMCSA rules.
• Prepare and manage the transportation budget.
• Lead and evaluate a team of drivers; manage vendor relations.
