Job summary

STA Family of Companies seeks a Dispatcher to coordinate daily routes, trips, and extracurricular activities for students. You will communicate with schools, drivers, aides, and parents and maintain confidentiality. The role involves scheduling, recording data, and ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic environment.

You will work under a manager, requiring diplomacy, judgment, and clear communication. A CDL and related experience are often preferred to support field needs and compliance

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in staffing vehicles and scheduling drivers for routes and events.
• Maintain records and submit reports including route changes and mileage.
