Arrow-Child- is seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth and their families, with a focus on students with autism. The role may involve gender-specific assignments in some cases and offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsible for providing individual, group and family therapy to youth and their families, as needed. In certain cases, based on the special needs of the children served, position may be gender specific. This position is primarily focusing with students with autism.
Experience conducting and writing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing training and support to staff on behavioral strategies is preferred, but not required. Candidates with varying levels of experience in these areas are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their overall qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
Preference will be given to candidates holding an LCPC license.
USD $75,000.00/Yr.

The Therapist must possess a master’s degree in a human services field and be licensed to provide therapy in the State. Experience working with children, families, or with a focus on students with autism preferred.
