Job summary

Arrow Child & Family Ministries is seeking a licensed or soon-to-licensure therapist to provide individual, group and family therapy for youth and their families. This role focuses on students with autism in school programs, including developing treatment plans and contributing to IEP goals.

Candidates with LCPC licensure are preferred; strong documentation, collaboration with treatment teams, and crisis intervention skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field.
• Licensed to provide therapy in the State.
• Experience with children, families, or autism-focused work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with progress notes.
• May conduct home studies for prospective foster families.
• Participate in school programs and IEP-related goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and after-hours on-call coverage as needed.
• Complete documentation and discharge planning.
