Child and Family Focus Inc. is seeking a School Based Therapist to support students’ emotional and behavioral well-being within a school-year schedule.
The role partners with district staff and families, delivering evidence-based therapies in schools with a collaborative, trauma-informed approach. The position is 10 months, full-time with a predictable weekday schedule and typical hours 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday.

As a School Based Therapist, you’ll work closely with children and adolescents (ages 5–22), partnering with district staff to foster resilience and growth both inside and outside of the classroom. This 10-month, full-time position combines purpose driven work with a predictable weekday schedule for work-life balance. Typical working hours are between Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm!
This position is responsible for providing clinical care in the school setting for children & adolescents (ages 5-22). She/he/they will utilize assessment tools to identify areas for interventions and partner with district staff to support the student in a manner that is conducive to all aspects of wellness. While working as part of a team, this position requires a significant amount of autonomy, and ideal candidates will possess the ability to adapt approaches based on the individual needs of students.
