You will diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues with patient, professional service, and clear communication, while supporting a Catholic mission and school values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to diagnose and resolve common hardware/software issues.
• Comfortable working with students and staff in a school setting.
• Has foundational knowledge of computer networks and device setup.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technology questions from students, faculty, and staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, printing, account, and application issues.
• Track, prioritize, document, and follow up on help desk requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate clearly with users about issues and timelines.
• Provide patient, approachable support to users with varying levels of tech proficiency.
