The Student Worker will report to an Immediate Supervisor and contribute to a positive school environment under the Board's policies on evaluation of personnel.

Qualifications

• Must maintain good attendance at school.
• Student Worker must maintain a passing level in all classes.
• Shall be friendly and courteous at all times.
• Must be attentive, supportive, kind and positive with the children at all times.

Responsibilities

• Being detail-oriented and completing tasks promptly.
• Being comfortable in unfamiliar situations and taking on challenging assignments.
• Having good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Being able to carry out instructions.
• Being able to perform essential functions safely and following safety regulations.
• Being self-motivated and finding motivation during stressful times.
• Being supportive of student success, respecting FERPA, and maintaining files.
• Other duties as assigned.
