Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years administrative experience.
• Class MR license (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous experience in a similar role within a school (advantageous).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational capability.
• A commitment to ongoing professional learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative requirements for CSSA, HZSA and CIS Sport for K-12 students.
• Organise logistics for weekly sporting competitions, school carnivals, and events.
• Arrange transport of students to games.
• Support coaching duties (e.g., soccer, netball and/or cricket) as needed.
• Maintain accurate sport-related records and communications.
