Job summary

Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (Temporary) to support students with speech, language, and communication needs within a school setting.

You will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy, develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to help students reach their educational goals.

Qualifications

  • Masters in communication disorders (M.A./M.S.) recognized by ASHA CCCs, or CF State SLP License, or in process to obtain.
  • Eligible for teaching certificate or ability to obtain license where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Assessment of speech and language disorders.
  • Diagnosis and differential assessment.
  • Treatment of communication disorders using evidence-based practices.
  • Development of IEP goals and objectives.
  • Progress monitoring and data collection.
  • Consultation and collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (Temporary) Pay Range: Depends on Experience Job Description: Nyman Associates is seeking compassionate, self-directed, and organized individuals to support students with speech, language, and communication needs. Our clinical support and leadership are strong. Our Teams are highly collaborative, and assessment and therapy materials are provided!

Position Summary

As a school speech-language pathologist, you will work with students with communication disorders or difficulties, providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to help them improve their communication skills. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans and support students in reaching their educational goals.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited university with an M.A. or M.S. in communication disorders that is recognized by ASHA ASHA CCC’s or CF State SLP License or in the process of applying for a License Teaching certificate, or ability to obtain (if applicable).
