Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position in a school-based setting near Warwick, MD. You will assess students, develop IEP-aligned goals, and deliver evidence-based therapy in group and individual sessions.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting highly valued.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring.
  • Comfortable conducting group and individual therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students’ speech, language, cognitive-communication, and social communication skills using appropriate assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable therapy goals in alignment with IEP requirements.
  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language intervention in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to generalize communication skills in the classroom.
  • Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and legal guidelines.

  • Compensation for this position ranges from $35.22 to $55.22.
