Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking dynamic speech-language pathologists to support students in western Washington for the 2026-2027 academic year. These onsite contracts cover elementary through high school, with 37.5 hours per week from September through mid-June.

Required: Master’s in SLP or Communication Disorders, Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain, CCC, and OSPI fingerprinting. Strong classroom collaboration and onsite-only therapy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain one prior to start.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required.
• Ability to pass OSPI fingerprinting.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Dynamic speech-language pathologists are sought for immediate contract openings across elementary, middle, and high school levels. These onsite positions invite you to engage and collaborate directly with school communities, providing critical services and fostering student growth.

You’ll work in a positive educational environment, joining new and returning staff as they deliver meaningful interventions and support to students. Full-time schedules are available, allowing you to work a consistent 37.5 hours per week from September through mid-June.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Washington SLP license or willingness to obtain one prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Ability to pass fingerprinting through OSPI, or ready to complete the process
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds will be considered
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable providing solely onsite (no virtual) therapy and assessments
