Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school setting near Renton, WA. This contract role involves providing essential speech-language services to help students communicate and succeed academically.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in SLP, Washington licensure (or eligibility), and CCC-SLP preferred with CFYs encouraged to apply. You will collaborate with educators and families and contribute to IEPs and student progress.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services individually and in group settings.
• Partner with teachers, counselors, and family members to support holistic student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and ongoing professional development activities.
• Provide support and supervision for SLPAs or graduate interns as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFYs encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
• Effective communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
