Soliant is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to support students at multiple campuses near Birmingham, AL. The role covers PK–HS, delivering direct therapy and collaborating with educators and families.

Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with SLP-CCC, Alabama licensure, and SLP Educator certification, and have experience in educational settings. Fingerprint clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and intervention to students with diverse speech and language needs.
• Evaluate and develop individualized plans of care, including IEP development and implementation.
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Maintain timely and accurate student records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Share expertise and provide support within a multidisciplinary team across preschool, elementary, middle, and high school environments.
• Participate in ongoing professional development relevant to your assignment.

Job description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist across several school levels near Birmingham, AL. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams and impact students from preschool through high school. Service will be provided at multiple campuses, including Burkett Preschool, Lipscomb Elementary, Hueytown Middle, Pinson Valley High, and UW/Bagley, all within a supportive and dynamic district.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC certification required

• Previous experience in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 60 students
