ProCare Therapy is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in Birmingham, Alabama for a full-time contract running from August 7 through June 10. You will deliver targeted speech and language services on-site, collaborating with educators and families to support students’ academic and developmental goals.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat students, develop and implement IEPs, and work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with special education laws and district

Qualifications

  • Valid Professional Educator Certification.
  • Master's degree in SLP or Communicative Disorders.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations in special education.
  • Familiarity with pediatric/adolescent cognitive development and assessment tools.
  • Ability to compile, interpret, and analyze data; apply policies and laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

What youll need to excel:
