Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students in a collaborative school setting. You will conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve communication skills.

You’ll partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, document progress, attend IEP meetings, and contribute to student growth. Qualifications include SLP license, CCC, a masters in Communications Disorders, and experience in schools.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license is required.
• Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required.
• Experience working with K-12 students is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEPs for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to support communication development.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliant records per school/district standards.

Compensation for this position ranges from $45+. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
