Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support students' communication skills in a contract capacity. You will assess, plan, and provide direct SLT services aligned with IEP goals, collaborating with educators and families to boost academic and social success.

The role requires SLP-CCC licensure and ASHA certification, with preference for prior school settings experience. Flexible contract assignment with onsite support and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

  • Current Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCC required.
  • Experience providing speech-language services in educational settings preferred.
  • Strong assessment, evaluation, and therapy planning abilities.
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct speech and language intervention to support academic and social success.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families regarding therapy progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress and therapy documentation.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
  • Adapt therapy techniques and materials to accommodate diverse learners.
